How we'll work together

A straightforward, transparent approach from the first conversation through to delivery. No hard sell, no unnecessary commitments and no surprises.

Step 1

Initial conversation

Understanding your requirements

We'll start with a free introductory conversation to understand your organisation, the challenges you're facing and the type of support you're looking for.

This is an opportunity to discuss your requirements, explore whether HTT Commercial Advisory is the right fit and consider how we might help.

We'll establish the broad scope of work, your objectives and what a successful outcome might look like.

No obligation and no charge. Any detailed review or analysis will form part of a separately agreed consultancy assignment.

Step 2

Tailored proposal

Clear deliverables and transparent pricing

Following our initial conversation, we'll provide a written proposal setting out:

  • The proposed scope of work and objectives.
  • The services and deliverables included.
  • The information and input required from you.
  • Expected timescales and key milestones.
  • The agreed fee and payment arrangements.

There is no commitment until you're happy with the proposal and formally appoint us. You'll always know what is included and what it will cost before work begins.

Step 3

Delivery

Putting the agreed work into practice

Once appointed, we'll undertake the agreed assignment, working independently and keeping you informed throughout.

Depending on your requirements, this could involve expenditure analysis, market research, supplier engagement, tender management, contract reviews or developing procurement policies and procedures.

Our focus is on practical recommendations and meaningful improvements, not unnecessary reports or bureaucracy.

Step 4

Findings and next steps

Practical outcomes and ongoing support

We'll present our findings, recommendations and agreed deliverables, explaining the opportunities identified and the actions available to your organisation.

Where appropriate, we can also provide further assistance with implementing recommendations, managing suppliers or undertaking additional procurement exercises.

Any ongoing or additional support will be discussed and agreed separately, allowing you to access further expertise whenever you need it without committing to a permanent arrangement.

Our approach

The initial conversation is always free and without obligation. Any detailed assessment, expenditure analysis, benchmarking or other consultancy work is undertaken as a separately agreed, chargeable assignment. We believe in being transparent about what we do, what it costs and the value it delivers.
